N.B. Teams that have chosen the COMFORT or STANDARD package must announce the final number of team members (overnight guests) by August 5.
After August 5, the team’s invoice for participation in the tournament will not be adjusted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the team not being allowed to participate in the tournament.
